Roxiva® Group Light & Sound Journey

Roxiva® is an immersive audio-visual meditation experience that uses rhythmic light frequencies, sound, and music to guide the brain into deeply relaxed and expanded states of consciousness.

With eyes closed, participants are exposed to a gently pulsing light while listening to curated soundscapes through headphones. While the light itself is soft white, many people report vivid colors, patterns, and dream-like imagery created internally by the brain.

This experience works through brainwave entrainment—a natural process where the brain synchronizes with rhythmic sensory input—supporting a shift out of stress-based patterns and into more regulated, restorative states.
