Join us at Sandman Sleep for a Reiki and Sound Bath experience built around one simple idea: rest should actually feel restful. You’ll be lying down on a comfortable mattress the entire time—no props to balance, no effort required. Just get cozy and let your body settle.

As you rest, you’ll be guided into a calm, spacious state through a sound bath using crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, chimes, and gentle music. The sounds are layered slowly and intentionally to support deep relaxation, helping quiet mental noise and invite your nervous system into a slower, steadier rhythm.

Reiki is offered throughout the session to support energetic balance and gentle release. Together, sound and Reiki create a space where you don’t have to try to relax—your body naturally finds its way there.
